Annual General Meeting: Oct 18, 2026

The annual general meeting (AGM) will take place Sunday, October 18th from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, at the Hintonburg Community Centre in the Wellington room.

Attendance is expected of all gardeners, but we understand that unexpected circumstances or significant commitments may sometimes make it difficult to attend. Please note there will be no online link for this meeting, and it will be held in person only.

During the meeting we will provide a report on the season, open the floor to questions and issues, and elect a new board. If anyone would like to learn more about how the board works before the annual general meeting please reach out to inbox@goldenrodgarden.org.
